1. User Agreement
1.1. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that apply to specific services or features offered on our platform.
1.2. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not access or use our platform.
Registration
2.1. To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information to keep it accurate and current.
2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
Candidate Features
3.1. Our platform offers a range of features for job seekers, including but not limited to importing resumes, smart resume editing, professional profile creation, enhanced profile visuals, profile sharing, and provides a unique opportunity for job seekers to verify their skills, experience, and abilities through evaluation by leading field experts. Successful candidates receive accreditation from our company, enhancing their professional profile and increasing their visibility to potential employers. Qualified candidates have their professional profiles accredited by our company, showcasing their verified skills and experiences. They gain access to our Talent Pool, where renowned employers search for top-notch talent to fill their vacancies.
3.2. By using our platform, you agree to abide by our community guidelines and to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and job applications.
Employer Features
4.1. Our platform offers a range of features for employers, including but not limited to company profile creation, candidate screening and dashboard, where employers can gain access to our Talent Pool to search for top-notch talent to fill their vacancies.
4.2. By using our platform, you agree to abide by our community guidelines and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices.
Payment Process
5.1. Job seekers may be required to pay for evaluation services that verify their experience and skills by a field expert contracted by our platform.
5.2. Employers may be required to pay to access candidate pools or to subscribe to monthly subscription plans.
5.3 No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period if the company cancels the subscription before the end of the subscription period.
5.4 All payments made on the Platform are subject to a processing fee.
5.5. Wark Company uses a secure payment processor and does not store your financial information.
Evaluation Process
6.1. By requesting the Evaluation Service, you agree to the specific terms and conditions governing the service, which will be provided separately.
6.2. The evaluation results are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee job placement.
6.3. Evaluation results are provided to candidates and may be shared publicly on their profiles.
6.4. You grant Wark Company the right to use your evaluation results for marketing and promotional purposes, with your consent.
Referral Process
7.1. Users who have completed their profiles and evaluation process may refer other candidates to join the platform.
7.2. Referred candidates may be invited to join the platform based on their LinkedIn profiles.
Expert Registration
8.1. Field experts may register with our platform to conduct mock-up interviews and provide evaluations for job seekers.
8.2. Expert registration information will be reviewed and entered into our database by our team.
Expert and Candidate Policy
Expert Qualification and Conduct
All experts must undergo our qualification program to ensure proficiency in evaluation methodology and adherence to company standards.
Experts are expected to conduct evaluations objectively, professionally, and in accordance with the provided guidelines.
Any misconduct or breach of ethics by an expert will result in disciplinary action, including potential termination of collaboration with our platform.
Candidate Participation and Responsibilities
Candidates must provide accurate information about their skills, experience, and objectives for evaluation.
Candidates should be available for scheduled interviews and commit to the agreed-upon deadlines for evaluation result release.
Any attempt to manipulate or provide false information will lead to disqualification from the evaluation process and potential suspension from our platform.
Interview Cancellation Policy
By Candidate:
Candidates must provide at least 10 hours' notice for interview cancellations. In case of not attending for with no cancellation, the service will be cancelled, and refund will take place. In case of not attending due to cancellation, candidate will have a chance to reschedule the interview for one time.
By Expert:
Experts are expected to honor scheduled interviews.
In case of unavoidable circumstances, experts must notify the Weyrk Team 8 hrs prior to scheduled interview and reschedule the interview at the earliest convenience.
Evaluation Result Release
Experts commit to releasing evaluation results within 24 hours of the scheduled interview date.
Re-evaluation Policy
Candidates have the option to request a re-evaluation of their performance within three days of receiving the evaluation results.
Re-evaluation requests must be submitted with valid reasons, such as discrepancies in the evaluation process or errors in assessment.
The platform will review re-evaluation requests and, if deemed justified, assign a different expert for a fresh evaluation.
Re-evaluation results will supersede the initial evaluation results.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both experts and candidates are required to maintain confidentiality regarding evaluation materials, candidate information, and any proprietary data shared during the evaluation process.
All personal data collected during the evaluation process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and relevant data protection regulations.
Compliance and Enforcement
Violation of any policies outlined herein may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of collaboration with our platform.
Our platform reserves the right to investigate any reported misconduct and take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of the evaluation process.
Amendments to Policy
This policy may be subject to periodic review and updates at the discretion of our platform.
Any amendments to the policy will be communicated to experts and candidates in a timely manner.
By participating in our evaluation process, experts and candidates agree to adhere to the policies outlined above. Failure to comply with these policies may result in consequences as stated herein.
Modification of Terms
9.1.We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
9.2. Your continued use of our platform after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
Disclaimers and Warranties
10.1. THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED "`AS IS"` AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
10.2. WARK COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.
10.3. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR USING THE PLATFORM.
